Local Couple Killed In Accident Along Ohio Roadway

A West Mifflin couple has died following an accident on Friday night along Route 95 in central Ohio. Here they pose with their daughter, Ashley.

Family and friends are in mourning following a tragic accident along an Ohio roadway that claimed the lives of a West Mifflin couple on Friday night.
Officials say 49-year-old Edward Fetcho and his wife, Jane Fetcho, 48, were killed along Route 95 near Mount Gilead.
The couple's family says they were on their way to Columbus, Ohio to watch their daughter compete in a cheerleading competition.
Police say the Fetcho's SUV crossed into the path of a minivan and was hit on the passenger side.
Officials say Edward Fetcho worked for Allegheny County's 911 Center in Point Breeze.
Fetcho's co-workers have built a memorial to him outside the dispatch center.
"Sheer shock, Ed was larger than life here in the workplace, very well liked," said Allegheny County Emergency Services Chief Robert Full.
Meanwhile, the couple's daughter is being cared for by friends and family.
"My sister and my brother-in-law they lived for my niece," said Bob Nesky, Jane's brother. "She's a senior at Virginia Tech and they went there numerous times."
Nesky says he trying to deal with the shock over the accident.
"She was my baby sister, I loved her and we were real close," he adds. "I'm just in shock right now."
Officials say the other driver was injured in the accident.
The cause accident remains under investigation.
