Teen Killed In Fayette County Crash

Officials say 16-year-old Jonathan Kondrla was killed in an accident in Fayette County.

A teenager from Fayette County is dead after an accident in Menallen Township late Saturday night.
State Police say 16-year-old Jonathan Kondrla, of New Salem, was a passenger in a car that went out of control and struck a utility pole on Upper Middletown Road around 11:30 p.m.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The car was driven by 20-year-old Robert Kelley, of Uniontown.
Kelley suffered major injuries and was flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va.
Police say Kelley's vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed at the time of the crash.
State Police are still investigating the crash.
