Fallen Hero Honored At Street Hockey Tournament

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― Many people came out Saturday afternoon to take in the first annual Paul Sciullo Memorial Street Hockey Tournament in Bloomfield.

Sciullo was one of the three Pittsburgh police officers killed in the line of duty in Stanton Heights in April.

Organizers say they are pleased with the huge turnout at today's event.

"This is a little different from all the other tributes, this is more a celebration, friends and his family," said Sciullo's cousin, Eric Crouse.

The tournament continues Sunday and organizers hope they can carry it out for a long time to come.
