Realtor Launches 10-Day Sale On Area Homes
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ―
Coldwell Banker is hoping to boost home sales in the Pittsburgh area by launching a ten-day sale.
The real estate company has encouraged sellers to cut their asking prices by 5- to 25-percent starting tomorrow.
Manager Tom Yargo says as of today, about 700 home sellers are planning to participate in the sale (roughly 27% of Coldwell Banker's inventory).
The sale is taking place in Allegheny and surrounding counties.
There are other incentives being offered in addition to the discounted home prices, such as a $7,500 tax incentive for first-time buyers, and free appraisals, discounted closing costs, and coupons for home warranties.
