Two Bars Shut Down For Failing To Pay Drink Tax

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― The Allegheny County Treasurer shut down two more bars Friday for failing to pay the drink tax.

Crazy Karen's in Sharpsburg reportedly owes more than $20,000 in drink tax revenue.

Also, Todd's By The Bridge, in Versailles, owes $50,000.

Officials say Talerico's, in Monroeville, avoided being shut down by promising to pay the $27,000 it owes by Monday.
