Results of a second autopsy will be released on a Pittsburgh-area man who died Aug. 5 after he was Tasered by suburban police.
A first autopsy by the Allegheny County Medical Examiner's office remains inconclusive pending toxicology test results on 37-year-old Andre Thomas.
But the medical examiner says there is no evidence Swissvale police used excessive force.
But Thomas' family isn't satisfied with those findings and hired celebrity pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht.
The family's attorney will release results of Wecht's autopsy Monday morning at 10 a.m.
Police say Thomas was acting erratically and trying to enter people's homes when they encountered him.
Police say the Taser was used after Thomas made "furtive movements" toward officers.
