Most Wanted Fugitive Taken Into Custody

COUDERSPORT, Pa. (KDKA) ― Authorities have arrested another of Allegheny County's most wanted fugitives.

According to the Allegheny County Sheriff's Office, 32-year-old Vincent Lobianco, of Swissvale, and his girlfriend were taken into custody in Coudersport, Pa.

The arrests were made in the Potter County town after sheriff's deputies in Allegheny County got a tip through an email.

Officials say Lobianco had violated his parole from a 2006 conviction when he was arrested and charged for breaking into a car dealership.

Lobianco's girlfriend, 24-year-old Kirsten Tretter, of Columbia County, was also arrested on drug and theft charges.

Authorities say two other fugitives were taken into custody during the investigation. Robert Mitchell, 38, and Danielle Johnson, 34, both of the Hill District, were arrested.
