Tractor-Trailer Crashes On I-76, Spills Popsicles

Crews were forced to close part of Interstate 76 earlier today to after a tractor-trailer crashed spilling popsicles over the roadway.

An accident involving a tractor-trailer carrying thousands of pounds of popsicles shut down Interstate 76 in Westmoreland County for a time today.
Officials say the driver of the tractor-trailer lost control while making a left turn and crashed into a guardrail in Hempfield Township.
The truck crashed onto its side spilling the 40,000 pounds of popsicles it was hauling.
Crews were forced to close part of I-76 while they cleaned the mess, but it has since been reopened.
