Crash In Fayette County Kills One, 2 Others Hurt

GEORGES TOWNSHIP (KDKA) ― A late night accident involving two vehicles in Fayette County has claimed the life of one person.

The crash happened in Georges Township near Fairchance around 11 p.m. on Thursday.

Police say two cars crashed at Big Six Road and Route 857.

Two other people were hurt, officials say.

The cause of the accident is under investigation, but police think one of the vehicles may have side-swiped the other.
