Police say they have arrested two juveniles in connection with a hate crime last week in Armstrong County.
The investigation began last Wednesday when the letters "KKK" were discovered spray-painted on the sidewalk in front of a home in Worthington.
The woman living in the home, Phyllis Smith, said she has lived in the home for 10 years and had never had any previous problems.
According to officials, there was no other vandalism on the Smiths' property or to any of their neighbors' things.
Authorities say that charges are also pending against a third juvenile.
