Police Investigate Deadly Westmoreland Co. Crash

LIGONIER (KDKA) ― Police remain at the scene of a fatal accident in Westmoreland County.

Dispatchers tell KDKA it happened on Route 711 south, in a rural area between New Florence and Ligonier at about 1:30 p.m.

A car and a tri-axel were involved.

The victim's name has not been released.
