Uniontown Mother Charged In Infant's Death

UNIONTOWN (KDKA) ― A woman is facing murder charges eight years after her baby died.

Police say Sarah Hawk of Uniontown is the mother of a newborn who was found in a plastic bag along Cover Run Creek in 2000.

She's now in jail.

Police plan to release more details next week.
