Tomlin: Injury Situation Improving

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― At his weekly news conference this afternoon, Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin said he is pleased with what he calls an outstanding effort in Sunday's game against the New England Patriots.

However, Tomlin also said there is room for improvement -- mentioning the offense's red zone efficiency and taking unnecessary penalties.

Tomlin says Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys will be a big time challenge for the Steelers.

As far as injuries go, Tomlin says defensive end Brett Keisel is out again for Sunday's game.

But other Keisel's injury, this is as good as the Steelers have seen in a while.

Sunday's game kicks-off at 4:15 p.m. Sunday at Heinz Field.

The Steelers maintain their one game lead over the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC North.
