Target Coming To East Liberty

EAST LIBERTY (KDKA) ― The City Planning Commission gave final approval to a new store for the East End.

Target is coming to East Liberty.

The two-story store will be built on Penn Avenue where a closed high-rise now stands.

The store could create 200 jobs.
