Restaurant owners say bar business has gone down since the smoking ban went into effect.

Two months after Pennsylvania imposed a statewide smoking ban, the ban appears to be just a smoke screen.
In Allegheny County alone, 350 bars and restaurants can now let their customers light up.
One bar owner who must follow the ban tells KDKA his business is off by 60 percent, which is why he has decided to let his customers light up anyway.
He tells KDKA he's separating his bar from his dining room and applying for an exemption.
The owner of Mitchell's Bar and Restaurant plans to invest $20,000 to seal off the bar from the dining room and apply for an exemption too. He says 30 percent of his bar customers are now going to other businesses.
Jay Fairbrother, owner of Magoo's, is all for the ban and markets his place as non-smoking, although he says he has lost some bar business.
