Alleged Gunman Arrested In Post Office Shooting

DALLAS, W.Va. (KDKA) ― State Police in West Virgina have a man in custody after a deadly shooting at a post office.

Investigators say Lua Wolverton, post master at the Dallas Post Office in Marshall County, was killed.

According to police, Wolverton was shot multiple times and flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W. Va.

The suspect, 39-year-old Todd Dolin, was arrested by police in Zanesville, Ohio.  He faces charges as a fugitive from justice in Ohio. 

He will be extradited to West Virginia to face murder charges.
