Hearing For 'Graffiti King' Rescheduled For Friday

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ―

For the second day in a row, a judge has rejected a guilty plea from a local graffiti vandal.

Daniel Montano is accused of causing $600,000 in property damage from spray painting.

The judge refused to accept Montano's plea today because he says prosecutors are not specific enough in the charges.

Yesterday's plea was rejected because the judge said Montano seemed confused and the judge wanted to make sure he understood the charges.

Montano will be in court again on Friday after prosecutors detail the charges.

Stay with KDKA for more details.
