Suspect In Penn Hills Double Murder Arraigned

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― The man who police say killed two Penn Hills teenagers and seriously injured their mother has been arraigned.

Keith Scott, 41, has been formally charged with two counts of homicide.

On Tuesday night, police say he killed his girlfriend's two children, 14-year-old Naim Drake and his 18-year-old sister Ieisha.

Their mother remains hospitalized is expected to survive.
