Situation At Penn Hills Home Ends

PENN HILLS (KDKA) ― A situation at a Penn Hills home has ended. Officials say a man barricaded himself inside his home in the 1200 block of Universal Road.

It all apparently started when the man got into an argument with his mother. She felt threatened, left the house and called police.

When police arrived at the scene, they determined that he poured a small can of gasoline in the house.

The man has been taken from the home in an ambulance.
