PENN HILLS (KDKA) ― A murder suspect from New Kensington is behind bars accused of killing a local man and dumping his body at an old cement plant in Penn Hills.

According to the police report, Shaun Raisor, 22, of New Kensington, confessed to stabbing and beating Bryan Akers, early Saturday and offered to show authorities where he left the body.

Akers, 21, of Etna was reported missing and detectives found his burned out pickup truck in Plum. Investigators questioned Raisor after finding his number on Akers' cell phone.
