Missing Bethel Park Woman Found Alive

BETHEL PARK (KDKA) ― Police say a woman, who was reported missing on Thursday night, has now been found alive.

According to authorities, 49-year-old Noreen Poploski apparently disappeared from her home last night in the Thunderwood-Tidewood Drive area.

Police say before she went missing Poploski went outside onto her porch.

"The fact that she didn't notify anyone that she was going anywhere; she just said she was going to go out to the front porch to get a little bit of air," said Bethel Park Police Sgt. Blake Babin. "She walked out and didn't come back."

Search crews, helicopters and police spent the night searching the area.

Poploski's family was concerned because she has a medical condition.

Officials say a woman found Poploski on the Montour Trail. She is being taken to a local hospital.

There is no word right now on her condition.
