Three Arrested In Monroeville Parking Lot Shooting

MONROEVILLE (KDKA) ― Police have arrested three suspects following a shooting in a Monroeville School parking lot.

Investigators say someone shot a man at about 12:40 a.m. Tuesday in the Sunrise School parking lot outside of his car, leaving him critically injured.

Monroeville and Allegheny Police have arrested 22-year-old Christopher Jackson, 18-year-old Antonio Ross and 17-year-old Jordan Smith in connection to the shooting.

Police plan to charge Smith as an adult.

Authorities say the shooting was unrelated to the school and its students.

The victim was hit in the arm and chest.

He underwent surgery at Allegheny General Hospital.
