East Liverpool Man, Last Seen At Airport, Missing

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― Police are still looking for a man who disappeared from the airport on Sunday.

Delbert Hall, 31, is from East Liverpool, Ohio. He is described as mentally handicapped and cannot read or write.

Hall's mother says he had gone to Georgia to visit his father. His father apparently put him on a plan back to Pittsburgh and did not tell his mother.

Allegheny County Police say Hall was seen at the airport July 4th and 5th, but not knowing his situation, they had him removed for trespassing.

He hasn't been seen since.
