Local Teen Takes Fight Against Charges Online

NEW CASTLE (KDKA) ― A local teenager facing charges after allegedly selling drugs to another student that led to her death has now taken his fight online.

In March of 2007, authorities say 16-year-old Erica Million died when she overdosed by taking oxycondone.

Million's classmate, Joshua Stewart, 17, was expelled from the high school after a vote by the school board in April of 2007. He also faced a hearing last month.

In hopes of building up a defense, Stewart and his lawyer have now posted a video on YouTube.
