Tiger Ranch Shelter Owner Now Charged Again

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― Charges of animal cruelty have now been re-filed against a local animal shelter owner.

Linda Bruno owns the Tiger Ranch cat sanctuary in Frazer Township.

She is now charged with 574 counts of cruelty to animals.

Last week, 13 charges against Bruno were dropped due to a lack of detailed evidence.

Bruno was released on a non-monetary bond.

As a condition of her release, she is to have no contact with her accusers and must not have contact with, care for, or have ownership of any animals.

Bruno's preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 17.

The 27-acre Tiger Ranch was raided March 13.

Animal welfare agents found 400 animals had been abused.
