(KDKA) The man accused in the sexual assault of two juvenile males in the Seneca Valley School District was in court today for a preliminary hearing.

Kevin Johnson, 50, of Portersville, is facing several counts of sexual assault.

KDKA's Brenda Waters reports that Johnson was held for court at the hearing and thirteen counts were dropped.

Johnson, a retired Command Sergeant Major in the U.S. Army, was a Junior ROTC instructor at Seneca Valley High School.

His formal arraignment is scheduled for April 29, but he is free on bond while he awaits trial.
