Double Murder Suspect To Wait For Day In Court

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― A man who's accused of killing two Penn Hills teenagers and wounding their mother will have to wait a little longer for his day in court.

A preliminary hearing for Keith Scott was postponed this morning and rescheduled for next Wednesday.

Scott is charged in the beating deaths of his girlfriend's children, Ieisha Drake, 18, and her brother, Naim, 14, last October at their townhouse on Relative Drive in Penn Hills.

Scott is also accused of stabbing the teens' mother, Nikiesha Warren.

Shortly after Scott's arrest, police said they believe he attacked the three victims while they were sleeping and then took off with their car.

"Friends of the victims stopped to check on their welfare. Upon going into the apartment, they found three people injured," said Chief Howard Burton, of the Penn Hills Police.

Naim Drake was a 9th grader at Linton Middle School. Ieisha Drake was a 2008 graduate of Penn Hills Senior High School.
