John Ratzenberger is urging Americans to buy products made in the USA.

John Ratzenberger is on a mission. He says Americans need to pressure politicians to save American jobs and American manufacturers.
The Alliance for American Manufacturing is working with Ratzenberger to get the message out.
"We're destroying our own culture," he said. "We're destroying our own country."
And target No. 1 is products made in China.
"China is cheating right now. They subsidize their industries. They dump products into our market. Some of them are very unsafe," Ratzenberger said.
"They don't face the same sorts of environmental costs as our producers do and our government stands by and does virtually nothing, while jobs are leaving and going overseas."
It's not just toys and electronics on the radar -- clothes and kitchen supplies are also targeted by Ratzenberger's mission.
A representative at a local store, Sur la Table, which sells some American-made kitchen supplies, says sometimes consumers will pay a little more for American-made products.
But Ratzenberger says, buying foreign products, ends up costing all of us more.
