Teen Ordered To Stand Trial In Fatal Shooting

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― A local teenager, accused in shooting death of a man at a Mount Washington bar, will stand trial.

Gary Milligan, 15, of the North Side, is facing charges in the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Brandon Alton.

Alton was shot and killed last month at Sonny's Place, a bar along Shiloh Street in Mount Washington.

Police say the shooting happened during an argument in the bar.

Authorities say Milligan told police that he and two friends were waiting for a food order when Alton attacked one of the men.

At a hearing today, Milligan was ordered to stand trial.
