One Person Killed In Fayette Co. Accident

HENRY CLAY TWP. (KDKA) ― The victim of a deadly one-car accident in Fayette County has been identified.

State Police say 79-year-old Dolores Zeigler, of Ohiopyle, was driving west on Route 40 when she lost control, hit a guard rail and crashed into a tree.

The Fayette County Deputy Coroner pronounced her dead at the scene. She suffered blunt force trauma to the head and chest.
