Suspect In Erie Pizza Bomb Case To Make Plea

ERIE (KDKA) ― A co-defendant in the Erie pizza bomb attack will plead guilty next week.

Kenneth Barnes and Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong are accused of forcing pizza deliveryman Brian Wells to wear a bomb around his neck and bomb an Erie PNC Bank.

The bomb detonated, killing Wells.

Barnes' attorney says his client will enter a plea on Wednesday.

Diehl-Armstrong has been ruled unfit to stand trial.
