Police Make Arrest In Dravosburg Robbery

DRAVOSBURG (KDKA) ― Police say they have arrested a Clairton man, who is accused in the armed robbery of a tattoo parlor in Dravosburg Saturday night.

Officials say 31-year-old Damon Dreher is accused of taking money from a tattoo artist and two men inside the Body Shop Tattoo parlor.

According to police, one of the men was getting a tattoo when the suspect walked in and demanded money. Authorities report that the tattoo artist said he then retrieved a gun and shot at Dreher as he ran out the door.

Police say they found Dreher a short time later in West Mifflin. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment of gunshot wounds to the back and arm. He was later arrested.

Dreher is facing several charges including robbery, aggravated assault and theft.
