Diamond Ring Dropped In Salvation Army Red Kettle

UNIONTOWN (KDKA) ― An unusual donation turned up in a red kettle for the Salvation Army.

A bell ringer in Uniontown found a diamond ring with an 18 carat gold band in her bucket at the Giant Eagle.

The ring is worth $2,000.

The Salvation Army says the ring will help the thousands of people they serve in the Uniontown area.
