Cyril Wecht's Defense Files Motion

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― Attorneys for Dr. Cyril Wecht want the FBI to answer how they found out the names and addresses of jurors.

This comes after media reports that some jurors felt intimidated when they were contacted by FBI agents.

The government says the FBI merely made appointments for prosecutors to interview jurors about their views on the case.

But the defense also moved to throw the case out.  They claim the judge did not allow proper procedure in declaring a mistrial and immediately setting a new trial date.
