Sick Juror Excused From Wecht Trial

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― A juror in the trial of Doctor Cyril Wecht has been excused. 

The juror got sick Tuesday and deliberations were cut short.

The judge and all parties have agreed to go forward with 11 jurors.
 
Tuesday was the seventh day jurors met.

Wecht is accused of using the Allegheny County Coroner's office to benefit his private practice.
