Hearing Continued For Mt. Lebanon Oral Surgeon

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― The preliminary hearing for a Mt. Lebanon oral surgeon ended without a decision.

Four more witnesses are expected to take the stand in the case brought against Dr. Robert Boyda, Jr.

He's accused of sexually assaulting female patients while they slipped in and out of consciousness at his office.

Boyda was arraigned on one additional charge, bringing the total number of alleged victims to 20.

The hearing will continue at a later date which has not yet been scheduled.
