Investigation Continues After Body Discovery

BELLEVUE (KDKA) ― The investigation continues after an elderly woman's body was discovered this weekend near some railroad tracks in Bellevue.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office says 69-year-old Antoinette Guiliani, of Bellevue, died from blunt force trauma to the head and trunk.

Investigators say Guiliani's body was spotted by an engineer for Norfolk Southern who was passing by the area on a train.

According to authorities, Guiliani was last seen on Thanksgiving morning by a family member.

On Saturday, officials said that her death did not appear to be suspicious.

However, the investigation continues.
