Probe 'Progressing' In Beaver Falls Double Murder

BEAVER FALLS (KDKA) ― Investigators have new information about a double homicide in Beaver Falls.

On Tuesday, Richard and Demetria Harper, both 32, were found shot to death execution style in the basement of their Second Avenue home.

Beaver Falls Police Chief Charles Jones tells KDKA the investigation is progressing and other agencies are involved, including the FBI and the homicide unit of the El Paso, TX, police department.

El Paso Police confirm they've been asked to help. The Harpers moved to Beaver County from El Paso a few years ago, neighbors say.
