"The Dark Knight" To Make Big Debut This Weekend

(KDKA) Movie-goers are expected to pack theaters this weekend with the debut of the latest Batman movie, "The Dark Knight."

In Hollywood, people camped out for hours to be first in line for a midnight screening of the movie starring Christian Bale as Batman.

Many screenings around the country were sold out.

The movie, which features the late actor Heath Ledger as The Joker is getting great reviews and Ledger's performance is creating Academy Award buzz.

In January, Ledger died of an accidental drug overdose.
