Leechburg Man Dead After Parks Twp. Crash

PARKS TOWNSHIP (KDKA) ― A one-car accident in Armstrong County on Saturday night claimed the life of a local man.

The accident happened around 10:30 p.m. on River Road in Parks Township.

The Armstrong County Coroner was called to the scene after the crash and the victim was pronounced dead there.

According to our news partners at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the victim has been identified as 55-year-old Randall Riggle.

Officials say Riggle, of Leechburg, lost control of the car and it slammed into a wall, the PG reports.

The victim was ejected and died of blunt force trauma.
