Judge: Dentist Not Guilty Of Assaulting Patients

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― A judge has found a Mt. Lebanon oral surgeon not guilty of sexually assaulting patients.

Seventeen female patients testified that Dr. Robert Boyda, Junior, molested them while they were sedated; but the defense argued that the anesthesia used caused hallucinations.

Common Pleas Court Judge Anthony Mariani announced the verdict this afternoon.
