More Stores Opening On Thanksgiving For Shoppers

Anxiously waiting for Black Friday?
There's no need to wait – Thanksgiving is carving its way into shoppers' pocketbooks.
Toys R Us stores in the Pittsburgh area are open until 6 p.m. They will reopen at midnight for Black Friday.
Some Old Navy Stores, including the one in North Fayette, will be open until 7 p.m.
Most Walmart stores that aren't already open 24 hours will open at 6 a.m. and stay open through Friday evening.
Super K-Mart in Moon Township is open 24 hours and most other K-Marts will open at 7 a.m.
But not everyone wants to shop on Thanksgiving.
"I have too much to do at home," Annette Eganlauf of Weirton, W. Va., said.
"It should not be open on Thanksgiving," Gail Piole said. "I think everything should shut down so people can be together. We kind of lost the family meaning of all the holidays."
Target won't open until Friday, but the store in North Fayette will open at 5 a.m. Only one door will be open so people will have to enter the store single file.
They will have police on hand and will pass out maps to people in line to avoid confusion.
At Best Buy stores, they hold Black Friday drills with employees portraying customers to make sure things will go smoothly.
