The Allegheny County Health Department says the CDC has confirmed the county's first case of H1N1 flu.
The patient was a male in his 30s. He had mild flu symptoms and was not hospitalized.
Health officials say the man has fully recovered and is no longer infectious.
He stayed home while he had the flu.
Officials say the man traveled to a state where H1N1 had been confirmed.
So far, there are no other probable cases in Allegheny County.
