Solar Mirror Facility Opens In Findlay Township

FINDLAY TOWNSHIP (KDKA) ― Allegheny County is continuing to go green.

A new solar mirror manufacturing facility opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday morning in Findlay Township.

Local and state government officials participated in the ceremony along with representatives from the company.

Officials with the company, Flabeg, say they chose Allegheny County because of its skilled workforce.

The center is expected to employ 200 people.
