Energy Tax Credits Lift Sales For Window Companies

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― Part of the stimulus plan passed by Congress is beginning to have an impact on our area.

Window replacement companies are doing more business because the stimulus plan gives healthy tax credits for products that save energy.

You can deduct 30 percent of the cost of any energy improvement in your home up to a maximum of $1,500.

The tax credit is good for this year and next year.

You'll save on your energy costs and help put people to work.
