Heinz Field Crab Cake Recipe

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― A Heinz Field Aramark Chef stopped by Pittsburgh Today Live on Tuesday to show off a recipe for Crab Cakes.

Heinz Field Crab Cake Recipe


Wet Mix

8 oz. Mayonnaise
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Hot sauce
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 ea whole egg
2oz. Old bay
1 oz Fresh chopped parsley
1 tsp lemon juice (juice from 1 lemon)


Crab Cake Batch

2 cn Jumbo lump
1 cn lump or backfin or special
Batch Wet Mix
16 oz bread crumb

Mix wet mix ingredients then fold in crab and bread crumbs for proper consistency

Yield approximately 24, 4oz crab cakes

Baking Insructions

Bake at 375 until golden brown and hot through or pan fry in olive oil at medium heat until golden brown and hot through.
