Chopped Steak Burgers with Pickles and Onions

Burgers:
1½ pounds chopped sirloin
2 tablespoons Heinz Spicy Brown Mustard
¼ cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
6 toasted onion buns

1 small red onion - thinly sliced and marinated in Heinz red wine vinegar

1 jar Heinz Dill Pickle Chips
1 bottle Heinz 57 Sauce

Ore-Ida Zesty Fries with Heinz Ketchup

Preheat your grill to a medium high heat. Combine the chopped sirloin in a bowl with the mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt. Shape mixture into 6 patties.

Grill the patties for about 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until cooked to your preference.

Drain the onions from the vinegar marinade

To serve: Place the burgers on the buns and top with the pickles and marinated red onions. Pour a generous amount of Heinz 57 Sauce on each sandwich.

Serve your burgers with Ore-Ida Zesty Fries and Heinz Ketchup
