PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― Each week in the Heinz Red Zone on The PNC Hines Ward Show, Rania Harris puts together some great recipes that are sure to make your tailgating party a hit.

This week, she's making Steam ' Mash-Tinis!


Steam ' Mash-Tinis

1 Bag Steam n' Mash Russet Potatoes
1 Bag Steam n' Mash Seasoned Garlic Potatoes
1 Bag Steam n' Mash Sweet Potatoes
1 Bag Steam n' Mash Three Cheese Potatoes

Condiments:
Sautéed Onions
Sautéed Mushrooms
Sour Cream
Goat Cheese
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Blue Cheese
Bacon Crumbles
Chopped Chives
Brown Sugar
Mini Marshmallows
Toasted Chopped Pecans

10 ounce Martini Glasses


DIRECTIONS:
Prepare the Steam n' Mash Potatoes according to package directions and place in 4 individual chafing dishes or casserole dishes and keep hot.

Arrange the condiments of your choice in serving bowls. Invite your guests to create their own Mash-Tinis with their choice of potatoes and toppings.

This is a great way to kick off the start of the Steeler season or your next party!
