Heinz Red Zone Recipe: White Chicken Spinach Pizza

Each week in the Heinz Red Zone on The PNC Hines Ward Show, Rania Harris puts together some great recipes that are sure to make your tailgating party a hit.
This week, she's making White Chicken Spinach Pizza!
White Chicken Spinach Pizza Pair this pizza with a fresh tossed salad, and you have an excellent choice for a light, tasty, easy meal to feed to whole family.
1 refrigerated pizza crust, 13.8 oz roll
1 jar (16 oz) Classico Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Pasta Sauce
1 bag fresh baby spinach leaves, 6 oz bag
4 medium tomatos, thinly sliced
2 cup cooked chicken, cut into thin strips
2 cup shredded mozzarella & provolone cheese
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Unroll dough onto greased large baking sheet and press with fingertips to stretch dough to fit baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes and remove from oven. For a crispier crust, bake an additional 2 minutes.
3. Increase oven setting to 450F. Spread Alfredo sauce on crust to 1/2 inch from edge. Arrange spinach, tomato slices and chicken, and top with shredded cheese. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
Serves 4 to 6
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
TIP: If desired, add additional toppings, such as crumbled bacon or chopped artichokes.
TIP: For added flavor, lightly drizzle tomato slices with balsamic vinegar before placing on pizza.
