Nadine's Restaurant & Bar: Pasta Recipe

Nadine Voelker, of Nadine's Restaurant & Bar on the South Side, stopped by Pittsburgh Today with her recipe for her famous pasta.
Na's Pasta
Ingredients:
1- 1/2 pounds bulk hot Italian sausage- sauteed and drained
3 slices of salami ( 1- inch thick_)
3 slices of Capicolla ( 1- inch thick)
3 tomatoes diced
1 onions
3 red peppers
1 1/2 pounds of Trio pasta ( three different pasta's )
Sauteed hot sausage and drain off all the fat
Cut salami, capicolla, into small cubes
Cube tomatoes
Chop onion small and peppers
add all ingredients and mix well together
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta in boiling water- drain- set aside
Add all ingredients together, add pasta mix together, add marinara sauce and top with fresh grated Asiago Cheese.
4- 6 servings
